Welcome to ICO!

Here are a few details you need as we get ready to start the new year.  If you're planning to use US Federal Student Loans, please be sure you complete your FAFSA and send it to ICO.  Our school code is 001689.

Once we receive and review your FAFSA, you'll be able to access your award letter via the portal.  If you wish to make any changes to your award letter, please email those changes to finaid@ico.edu

Your next steps will be to complete your Direct Loan Entrance Counseling and Direct Loan Master Promissory Notes.  You can find links to those under our Important Links on this page.  Please note that your document center will not update as soon as you complete these.  It will take some time for us to mark these as received.

If we find we're missing something, we will be in touch with you via email with specific items you need to take.

Student Loan funds arrive on the first day of classes.  We have to wait until you are actually seated for your first classes before we can release the funds.  We will begin releasing living expense funds at the end of the first week of classes.

To ensure your living expense funds arrive timely, please be sure to set up your Direct Deposit Information via the My Account link on the portal.ico.edu site.

Tuition and fees are due the first day of each quarter with a grace period thru Friday of that week.  An extension is given for your first quarter at ICO.  If you're paying all, or part of your bill yourself, you can make those payments via the My Account Link on the portal.

Please be sure that you're checking your eyedoc email account regularly as that is the email address where all correspondence from ICO will be sent.

Feel free to reach out with any questions at finaid@ico.edu or 312-949-7441.
